Diane von Furstenberg, brings for the first time in Venice, the 13th edition of the Dvf Awards, the accolades of the family foundation handed to female characters who are dedicated to improving the lives of other women.
Among the winners were the president of the ECB Christine Lagarde, the director and activist Ava DuVernay, the Ukrainian educator Zoya Kytvyn, the climate activist Hindou Oumarou Ibrahim and ten Afghan women who work for a sustainable future for the girls most at risk. The event was also attended by Hillary Clinton, a partner with her non-profit organization.
